Here’s how it works…
1. Initial Consultation
The process begins with a no-obligation consultation which will take place in person, with Lizzie (if you are a fellow brummie) or over the phone or via email. The aim of the consultation is to build up an idea of your wedding – colours, themes – your style! We will discuss any specific ideas you may have (pictures of themes/ideas are always helpful – get yourselves on Pinterest!) and consider all elements you require including save the dates, invitations and on the day stationery.
*please note that the recommended timescale for a bespoke wedding collection is 4-6months.
Once we have a good idea of what you are looking for in terms of design and level of finish, I will put together an estimate of costings.
If you are happy with the estimate and decide to go ahead with your unique wedding stationery package, we will require a 50% deposit to secure your studio time for designing. We will also need your wording for the elements of your wedding stationery (to be provided as a word doc attached to an email or an email stating Bride and Groom’s name as the subject title).
Little Boo will create 2-3 designs for you based on our initial consultation. After feedback from you, we will then create a fully developed digital design proof which will be sent to you via email. Up to 2 complimentary revisions of your design will be provided to perfect your stationery.
*please note, any further design amends will incur a cost of £25 per hour.
Once your final hard copy proofs are reviewed and checked, checked and checked again, you will be asked to formally notify us of your approval. This can be done via post or email. Once we have this approval, we require a payment of the remaining 50% of your invoice. We need this payment before we can send your beautiful and totally unique wedding stationery collection to print.
*Please note, when you use our website to place an order with us, our terms and conditions will constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. It is your responsibility to read these carefully before ordering.
