‘We / Us’ – meaning ‘ERP Design’ trading as ‘Little Boo Wedding Stationery’ (“LittleBoo”) who are contracted to supplying you with a service
‘You’ – meaning the client (person or persons) who wish to pay for our services under the terms and conditions stated here.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions each time you use the website.
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions received via e-mail or post. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions, so please read them carefully.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Written quotations are valid for 60 days. The price includes the materials, design time and printing. Orders will be taken as acceptance of the terms and conditions shown here.
All artwork and designs are copyright of Little Boo therefore designs should not be copied or transmitted without prior permission. With regards to copyright permission for hymns and poems you wish to use within your Order of Service, please seek permission to use any material from your vicar or registrar before you ask us to include it in your stationery.
Supply of Information
Text should be typed clearly and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the Bride and Grooms names in the subject title. Please type in upper and lower case as required. Text not provided in this format may incur an administrative fee and may result in delays. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions, spelling or otherwise in the text supplied by the client so please be sure to check all text and spelling in proofs carefully. We will of course always check wording and typing very carefully but please bear in mind it is your responsibility to check proofs for printing. Amendments should be detailed clearly in writing via email with reference to the proof by the file name.
Electronic PDF proofs will be created and emailed to you for checking. Hard copy proofs will be posted out to you for approval before we go to print. Should there be any amendments, we provide 2 further email proofs free of charge. Amendments are intended to correct spelling and grammatical errors only. We will ask that you provide us with formal written approval of your wedding stationery before we can send to print. This can be supplied by email or post.
‘Little Boo’ cannot be held responsible for any typing or image errors noticed after the proofs have been checked and client approval given.
Orders cannot commence without a completed order form and a 50% deposit of the full stationery package. This can be paid via cheque or BACS transfer. Cheques should be made out to ‘ERP Design’. Once the designs have been approved in writing we will require the remaining 50% of the balance before continuing with production.
For wedding stationery, please allow at least 8 weeks from receipt of order to delivery. Stationery is made to order and lead times vary. If you require a shorter delivery time, do let us know and we will try our best to meet your deadline.
*Please be aware that lead times are longer for bespoke designs due to the nature of designing a collection unique for you.
Packing, Postage & Delivery
We take absolute care and attention when packaging your wedding stationery. Safe and appropriate packaging is always used. Postage and packing charges are £15 . Delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier and will need to be signed for upon receipt.
Every effort is made to ensure that parcels are dispatched and delivered safely and on time, however Little Boo cannot be held liable for late delivery and loss or damage in transit. Responsibility for damage to or loss of goods shall pass to the customer at the time of accepting delivery. In the unlikely event that you believe goods are faulty due to an error on our part please contact us in writing no later than 5 working days after receipt of your stationery. We would then ask you to return the faulty stationery to us in its original packaging (the costs of which would be refunded to you should it be deemed that a mistake has been made on our part.) Refunds are issued at our discretion.
Cancellations, Loss or Damage
When your order is placed, a 50% deposit is required to secure your studio time. If, after an order has been placed you cancel it for any reason, the following cancellation fees will apply:
4 weeks before dispatch – 50% of remaining costs
3 weeks before dispatch – 80% of remaining costs
2 weeks before dispatch – 100% of remaining costs
We are responsible for your goods until they are delivered to your door. We only deliver goods to the address on the original order form and goods will not be left without a signature. You are responsible for the goods when they have been accepted. After acceptance, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your risk. Please be aware that ‘Little Boo’ cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once an order has been dispatched and received.
We reserve the rights to use any stationery we create to promote our products and services, however we will never use examples prior to the date of your wedding.
